Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions on Eskiss972 operated by Eskiss, la Maison des Beaux-Arts (COCO CADEAUX SARL). By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding online product sales. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms before placing an order.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (where applicable), excluding delivery charges. Delivery costs are specified before final order validation. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

Article 3 — Orders

Orders are validated upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer. Automatic recording systems serve as proof of the order content and date. The seller may refuse or cancel any order from a Customer involved in a previous payment dispute.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made securely online. Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout. Products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Article 5 — Availability and Shipping

Products are available subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the Customer will be notified promptly. The seller will offer a replacement product of equivalent quality and price, or a full refund within 30 days.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery is carried out by independent carriers to the address provided by the Customer. The seller undertakes to deliver products within a maximum of 30 days from payment validation. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of products and report any damage to the carrier within 3 days.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 8 — Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under applicable law. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or force majeure is excluded.

Article 10 — Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
